Role – Materials & Rentals Coordinator

Salary Range: $60,000 - $72,000

JOB SUMMARY

The Materials/Rental Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of materials management within a CPS Solution Center. Primary responsibilities include customer order processing, rentals and sales inventory management and logistics. The person is responsible for maintaining and repairing rental equipment. This includes ensuring the paperwork is filled out correctly and inspections are completed in an efficient, expedient, and safe manner. When required and upon completion of the applicable training, the coordinator will also be responsible to support Field activities by performing all aspects of the Field Technician role. Some overnight travel, evening and weekend work will be anticipated.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Managing inbound, outbound and storage of material
  • Inspect and repair rental equipment on both incoming/outgoing rental kits
  • Perform all general warehouse duties including inventory management, general building and property maintenance, shipping & receiving, etc
  • Support customer site activities as needed including field technician duties
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be mechanically inclined and experienced with small engines.
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with hydraulic equipment
  • Able to work unsupervised.
  • Computer experience in Windows O/S and its programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
  • High level of customer service, initiative, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to professionally interact with a broad range of departments, vendors, and customers.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in inventory management and logistics.
  • Valid driver’s license
