What’s the Job?

Location: Cambridge (On-site, 5 days/week)

Clearance: CGP Clearance Required

Pay Rate: $30–$35/hr

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 4 Month Contract

Role Summary

Plans and establishes production schedules, monitors material inventories, tracks progress of production, and reviews factors affecting schedules. Requires a materials Management diploma or high school diploma with 4–6 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with MRP concepts, SAP or similar planning tools, MS Office, and scheduling practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor products and materials through the complete production schedule.
  • Create, release, and manage Planned Orders and Production Orders in SAP and Excel.
  • Analyze material demand in SAP to ensure supply attainment and avoid production disruptions.
  • Dispatch Production Orders from Order Pool and perform level loading.
  • Coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisors, Procurement Specialists, QC, and other teams to meet production schedules.
  • Identify bottlenecks, compare planned vs. actual performance, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain finished goods and WIP inventory at established goal levels.
  • Analyze inventory levels and product demand to determine replenishment and safety stock.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
