Qualifications

What You'll Do

We’re looking for a Copyeditor / Proofreader to elevate our brand communications in the fast-paced cybersecurity world. Using our Brand Style Guide, you’ll ensure messaging consistency while being flexible enough to suggest improvements. Beyond grammar and typos, you’ll steward our brand voice and tone, flagging potential reputation risks.

• Review and edit content in various formats (Word, PDF, Figma, etc.) for assets including websites, white papers, presentations, newsletters, and social media.

• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams.

• Correct inconsistencies, redundancies, and errors without disrupting content flow.

• Provide feedback to writers and designers to align content with our brand.


What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of proofreading or copyediting experience.

• Excellent attention to detail within project contexts.

• Ability to understand and revise complex topics accurately.

• Willingness to research and ask questions.

• Strong knowledge of English, AP Style, grammar, punctuation, and citations.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, internet navigation, and project management tools.

• Collaborative mindset and organizational skills for managing multiple projects.

• Preferably, corporate marketing experience.
