Inspired by the Four White Flowers of the East, we select the best mountain tea leaves and scent them with fresh flowers, with focus on Jasmine aromas and Chinese tea. Molly Tea aspires to explore all things Jasmine, allowing everyone to see the beauty of Chinese tea culture in their daily lives.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support and execute various marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities
  • Assist in developing and executing brand marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, print, digital, in-store)
  • Support content creation for promotional materials, including posters, banners, flyers, and social media posts
  • Plan and coordinate online and offline marketing events (e.g., product launches, seasonal campaigns, influencer collaborations, community outreach)
  • Manage the brand’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Red, etc.), including content scheduling, follower engagement, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and analyze marketing data and campaign performance (ROI, reach, engagement, customer conversion)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, design, and sales) to ensure brand consistency
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, or consumer brands
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Familiarity with event planning and campaign execution
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and branding
