We’re on an exciting growth trajectory and are looking for a strategic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, drive global brand presence, and generate demand in key markets. This is a high-visibility role working directly with our CEO, offering the opportunity to make a major impact and grow into senior leadership as we scale.

What You’ll Do

You’ll take ownership of all aspects of Certainty’s marketing strategy, execution, and measurement. Key areas include :

Demand Generation & Growth
  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (inbound, outbound, PPC, email, social) to generate qualified leads.
  • Optimize our marketing automation (HubSpot) to maximize conversion and ROI.
  • Create and refine nurturing programs to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Run A / B tests and experiments to continually improve campaign performance.
Brand & Content Leadership
  • Own Certainty’s brand presence across web, product, social, and third-party sites (LinkedIn, G2, Capterra, etc.).
  • Lead content strategy—developing SEO-rich blogs, white papers, case studies, webinars, and thought leadership assets.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure messaging aligns with customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage and grow our library of marketing collateral, videos, and design assets (Canva).
Digital Marketing & Analytics
  • Oversee website management (WordPress), ensuring it’s optimized for lead generation and SEO.
  • Manage PPC campaigns and paid advertising budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Track, analyze, and present KPIs (traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) with actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy and positioning.
Thought Leadership & Events
  • Plan, promote, and deliver webinars to engage prospects and build brand authority.
  • Support speaking engagements, guest articles, and conference participation.
  • Cultivate and manage customer reviews across key platforms.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of progressive B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in high-growth environments.
  • Proven expertise in inbound / outbound marketing, SEO / SEM, content creation, PPC, and lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Canva.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with leadership presence.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter with the drive to take ownership and deliver results.
  • Bonus points for experience with tools like Instantly, Apollo, Neverbounce, Jotform, or Elfsight.
