Overview

The Clayfield Hotel – Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON | Opening June 2026. The Clayfield Hotel is a new luxury destination opening in June 2026 in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, The Clayfield is rooted in a strong sense of place, craftsmanship, and contemporary hospitality. The property brings together refined accommodations, the signature restaurant Terrain, Stratus Spa at The Clayfield, and The Clayfield Commons—a gathering space for food, culture, and community—creating a connected and immersive guest experience.

The Role

The Clayfield is seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead all brand and marketing initiatives across the hotel, restaurant, spa, and Commons. This is a hands-on role responsible for shaping brand storytelling, digital presence, content, partnerships, and community engagement, while helping establish The Clayfield as a distinctive luxury destination within Niagara-on-the-Lake.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan across hotel, restaurant, spa, and Commons
  • Lead brand storytelling and ensure consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Own digital marketing efforts including website content, social media, email, SEO, and paid campaigns
  • Create and manage photo, video, and written content; coordinate shoots and asset libraries
  • Drive seasonal campaigns and promotions with Revenue, F&B, Spa, and Operations teams
  • Support PR, media, and influencer hosting in collaboration with Hyatt and regional partners
  • Promote events, activations, and community programming at The Clayfield Commons
  • Manage marketing budgets, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Play a key role in pre-opening, soft-opening, and grand-opening initiatives
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, tourism, wine regions, or luxury brands
  • Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
  • Excellent writing and communication ability
  • Experience working with agencies, creatives, and external partners
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities
  • Creative, proactive, and energized by building something new
