Responsibilities
- Content Strategist & Creator: Develop engaging content across various formats (thought leadership articles, microvideos, infographics, whitepapers, social only content, etc.) to ensure all marketing channels maintain brand consistency, reflecting our voice and message with every interaction.
- Social Media Rockstar: Own our social media presence. Craft content that sparks conversations, grows our audience, and achieves our marketing goals.
- Write, edit, copyedit and/or proofread consistent, compelling, and engaging, audience-centric content on various social media platforms.
- Support our key executives to build strong LinkedIn profiles that amplify their expertise and the company’s amazing culture.
- Media Relations Master: Oversee Singapore's earned media partnerships and strategies. Develop proactive storytelling and cultivate relationships with key media contacts to drive our desired narrative.
- Coordinate compelling award submissions that showcase the agency's brilliance and secure industry recognition.
- Market Research Guru: Uncover industry trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities to inform and elevate our marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in marketing, social media, media relations, creative writing, mass communications, or B2B digital marketing-related fields. Agency experience is preferred.
- Experience in media relations with demonstrated capacity for working with trade and business press.
- Familiarity and success in digital and social storytelling, audiences, and channels, including integrated communications campaigns.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and enjoys a diverse, multicultural working environment.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- Prior experience with awards submissions and LinkedIn management is a bonus.
