The Marketing Coordinator will work alongside the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager in supporting the Clinique and Origins brands.

Responsibilities
  • Support all consumer touchpoints within the assigned brands, including visual merchandising support with checking pricing and copy.
  • Create and update PowerPoint decks for retailer presentations.
  • Maintain brand calendars and update weekly field communications.
  • Complete retailer forms and update brand communications.
  • Provide field support through communication packages, tracking and ordering tools, samples, event collateral, etc.
  • Support PR and marketing events.
  • Partner with education and consumer engagement on field and media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with all functions within the brands including consumer engagement, education, ecommerce, visual merchandising, and account planning.
Marketing
  • Support and execute launch and promotional programs, customizing them by retailer (requires knowledge of retailer levers, loyalty programs, VIP opportunities, etc.).
  • Provide field support for in-store and event execution.
  • Liaise with Customer Service Manager and Account Planning teams to ensure consistent follow-up on all projects for on-time shipment of orders.
  • Provide retailers with upcoming event/promo/launch/advertising information.
  • Work with Manager on creation of presentations for retail, field and corporate needs.
  • Assist with shipping Gift with Purchase from ELC DCs to retailers and field teams.
  • Assist shipping samples to retailers for retailer corporate/ECOM sampling programs.
  • Set up forms/submission forms for new launch SKUs/promos/VM updates.
  • Support pitches and communication for retailer programs.
  • Support field requests for collateral, samples, brand tools.
  • Support in-store visual merchandising updates and initiatives including verification of price strips and product copy.
  • Support pulling creative assets for media campaigns.
Support/Reporting
  • Issue and manage PO, expense entries and budgets for Advertising and Promotions.
  • Leverage reporting tools to support planning and analysis.
  • Create seasonal programs PPT presentations and launch books (Retailers and FE) in collaboration with Marketing Managers.
  • Support the Marketing Director in organizing Retailers Market meetings and National Sales Meetings: gifts, setup, food, Zoom calls, PPT presentations and documentation.
  • Create launch guides for FE for key launches/promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Managers.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Assist in streamlining work processes.
  • Support the Marketing Director and Marketing Manager.
  • Courier ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary Degree required.
  • 2 years work experience in Marketing.
  • Similar work experience in the cosmetics industry and retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to recognize and prioritize brand needs in line with local initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Bilingual French is considered an asset.
Pay Range

Anticipated Base Salary Range $52,000.00 to $60,000.00 (Depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40 hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). In addition, The Estée Lauder Companies offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. The Company maintains highly competitive incentive compensation programs (role eligibility may vary based on terms of the respective plan(s))).
