Job description

The Marketing Coordinator will report into the Director of Marketing, Canada. The Tubi marketing team gets the opportunity to tell the Tubi story to a wide variety of audiences from consumers and partners to advertisers and more. This role focuses on coordinating deliverables, adapting materials, and working closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure marketing assets are delivered accurately and on time.

We are looking for an execution-focused, organized professional who can operate with minimal ramp time and thrives on cross‑functional collaboration. You will be responsible for supporting priority B2B and B2C initiatives, with a heavy emphasis on sales enablement and maintaining a steady drumbeat of localized marketing support for the Canadian market.

This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to our Toronto office two days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Support the execution and delivery of B2B marketing and sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, one‑pagers, sponsorship packages, and case studies.
  • Adapt and localize U.S.‑led B2B materials for the Canadian market using provided templates and guidance to ensure local relevance.
  • Coordinate B2B asset development with internal teams (B2B Marketing, Research, Product Marketing) and the Creative Studio.
  • Support B2B newsletter execution, including formatting, QA, approvals, and coordination of distribution.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain assets in sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic) to ensure asset hygiene and version control.
  • Track B2B marketing requests, maintain timelines, and support the internal approval process.
  • Assist with B2C marketing operations and channel planning by managing title‑level priorities, campaign calendars, and channel plan trackers.
  • Coordinate asset handoffs and timelines across creative, social, PR, and media agencies.
  • Support campaign QA and readiness checks prior to launch to ensure the right assets are hitting the right channels at the right time.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy across all consumer‑facing materials used in the Canadian market.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Slides and/or PowerPoint, with a track record of preparing high‑quality client‑ or partner‑facing materials.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and complex projects simultaneously.
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to partner across various levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the media, advertising, or streaming industry is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with design and asset tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or sales enablement platforms like Seismic is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work with external partners, including creative, PR, or media agencies.

Pursuant to local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location, is listed annually below.

This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, long‑term incentive plan, and various benefits including medical/dental/vision, insurance, vacation/paid time off and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.
