The Role

We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator – Social & Email to own the execution of our social media and email marketing across all Mosaic brands. This is a hands‑on role for someone who likes momentum, accountability, and seeing their work live in the world. You’ll be managing multiple accounts, campaigns and priorities—exactly what makes the role interesting.

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager to execute campaigns quickly, keep brands active and responsive, and ensure our online presence reflects the quality of our companies.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Manage social media accounts for 8 brands across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Create, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and short campaigns
  • Monitor comments and messages and respond quickly or route appropriately
  • Maintain brand consistency while adapting tone per brand
  • Keep content calendars organized and accounts active
  • Track engagement and flag what’s working or needs improvement
Executive & LinkedIn Support
  • Support and eventually take over posting on the CEO’s LinkedIn account
  • Write clear, professional, on-brand posts for an executive audience
  • Engage with comments and inbound messages as required
Email Marketing
  • Build and send campaigns using HubSpot and Jobber
  • Manage newsletters, promotions, and operational email campaigns
  • Keep contact lists clean and campaigns on schedule
  • Ensure emails are accurate, on-brand, and sent on time
Content Creation
  • Create short-form written content and basic visual assets
  • Repurpose existing content across platforms
  • Coordinate with internal teams to source photos, videos, and ideas
  • Move quickly from idea to execution without over-polishing

  • Comfortable handling volume and switching between brands
  • Experience running LinkedIn accounts, especially for executives, is a strong asset
  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Jobber is a big plus
