Overview

Harbinger Network is partnering with a leading construction firm specializing in the delivery of innovative, large-scale projects across commercial, institutional, industrial, and civil sectors. We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Coordinator to support business growth, lead brand-building initiatives, and deliver high-quality content that amplifies project and company visibility.

Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing materials, including brochures, proposals, project sheets, case studies, newsletters, website and social media content, ensuring all messaging aligns with brand standards.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of RFPs/RFQs and proposals, collaborating with project teams to create compelling, on-brand documents.
  • Manage social media accounts and the company website, regularly updating content, tracking engagement, and recommending improvements to strengthen digital presence.
  • Organize and support company events, photoshoots, media outreach, and community engagement initiatives to promote brand awareness.
  • Maintain marketing collateral and photo libraries, ensuring materials are current, accurate, and organized.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather customer and competitor data to inform marketing strategy.
  • Support internal communications and coordinate with business development and sales teams to achieve marketing objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the construction, architecture, or professional services sector.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail and design.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and WordPress or similar CMS is an asset.
  • Social media savvy, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices and analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities against deadlines.
  • Self-starter with creative mindset, problem-solving ability, and a passion for elevating brand visibility in a fast-paced environment.
