We are in search of a dynamic and passionate Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing and Customer Experience team. In this pivotal role, you will assist our end-to-end retention and nurturing Email and SMS Campaign Manager, with seamless execution and insightful reporting.

Your mission will be to support on marketing campaigns with copy writing & designing, reporting & analysis, and quality assurance in diverse channels to increase communication engagement and leading to conversion. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Campaign Manager with campaign creation, drive prospects and customers through the marketing and sales funnel, ensuring high conversion rates.

  • Create unique content. Write, design, and collaborate with internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure all campaign content aligns with our overarching brand direction.

  • Develop, copy write and design, integrated Email and SMS marketing campaign calendar that aligns with our strategic goals.

  • Report on specific campaign performance metrics, target audiences, timeline, content strategies, and KPIs.

  • Measurement, analytics, and testing for optimal performance.

  • Support Campaign Manager with campaign creation, drive prospects and customers through the marketing and sales funnel, ensuring high conversion rates.

  • Build content, construct journeys, and report on retention & nurturing campaigns in our Marketing Automation tool (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).

  • Execute, monitor, and analyze campaign performance, using KPIs to recommend and make data-driven adjustments. Leverage platform analytics to track campaign effectiveness. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data protection standards.

  • Develop 1-pager slides and analyze campaign performance.

  • Maintain organized documentation of campaign plans, assets, and results for future reference & planning.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

  • Two (2) to four (4) years’ experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign creative writing and analytics.

  • Excellent communication skills; Fluent French and English (oral & written) required.

  • Email copy writing experience is a plus. Effective communicator, able to synthesize data and information so that it tells a compelling story that resonates with our target audiences.

  • Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box to create compelling campaigns and problem-solve.

  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices including a good understanding of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles.

  • Knowledge in CRM tools and A/B testing.

  • Knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tool, GA4, PowerBI and Microsoft Office suite r.

  • Have basic UX/UI skills to optimize the user experience on different platforms and screens.

  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Willingness to learn new tools and comfortable in grey zones
