Leading global infrastructure consultancy is seeking a Manager – Transportation Infrastructure, to support future growth of their major transportation projects team in Vancouver BC. Office based role with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment. You will lead a team of engineers and technicians and assist in achieving the objectives of the Transportation Infrastructure Department. Salary range: $130,000 – $190,000. Manager – Transportation Infrastructure – role within the team:
- Support in implementing methods and procedures according to corporate standards.
- Manage the human, financial, and material resources of your department.
- Plan resources for projects and participate in annual human resources processes (recruitment, performance evaluations, resource development plans, training, etc.).
- Participate in business development for your department. Participate in the writing of proposals.
- Act as a project manager for several projects.
- Participate in and/or lead execution of transportation infrastructure projects including Function Planning, Preliminary Design, Detail Design and Construction Administration services.
- Ensure client satisfaction and compliance with services offered deliverables, budgets, and schedules.

Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Registered as a Professional Engineer (P. Eng) with EGBC, and willing to become a member in other provinces when required.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in managing large-scale Transportation infrastructure projects and at least 3 years in managing/coordinating technical teams.
- Proactive and methodical, with the ability to manage priorities and take initiative.
- Completed large-scale assignments with BC MoTT and Cities in BC.
- Able to communicate in English (speaking, reading & writing).
