Overview
N-able is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Sales Executives focused on selling N-able’s security product portfolio to our existing MSP customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth through upsell and cross-sell motions, supporting your team in exceeding sales targets, and ensuring the continued success and expansion of our security solutions within the MSP community.
This is an on-site position in our Ottawa, Ontario Collaboration Hub.
What You'll Do
- Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Executives responsible for selling N-able’s security products to our current customer base.
- Achieve sales targets for N-able security solutions and initiatives across multiple market segments within defined timeframes.
- Support your team in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
- Utilize Salesforce.com as a key sales management and productivity tool; promote its adoption and effective usage across your team.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to senior sales and executive leadership.
- Conduct daily call coaching, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins to drive accountability and results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales operations to align sales efforts with strategic initiatives.
- Help refine and execute internal and external sales processes for greater efficiency and scale.
What You'll Bring
- Proven track record in sales leadership with the ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the tech or cybersecurity space.
- Minimum of 5 years in a quota-carrying sales role with consistent overachievement.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and opportunity velocity.
- Excellent ability to coach and develop sales reps through ongoing training and daily interaction.
- Experience selling into an existing customer base is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Experience with lead qualification methodologies and solution-based selling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and business acumen, particularly in articulating the value of security solutions to MSPs.
