Job Overview

Bar Neon is looking for a positive, friendly, detail oriented manager to join our leadership team! This position will provide the opportunity to learn various skills while working at our restaurant location in downtown Toronto. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to lead our teams in the pursuit of being totally of service to our customers, provide exceptional quality food and hand crafted beverages, and an overall experience that is inviting and friendly
• Develop leadership skills under the mentorship of the ownership and senior managers, and in turn coach and lead our teams to success
• Create schedules based on a given labour budget
• Monitor inventory levels and waste control practices
• Connect with our teams by setting the example and always being positive and inspiring

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role.
