Restaurant Manager at Bar Reyna, Toronto, ON. Full-time, permanent position. Salary: CA$60,000.00–CA$70,000.00 per year.

What You’ll Do
  • Run the show: oversee daily operations and set the tone for every service
  • Lead like a pro: hire, train, and develop a dream team of hospitality stars
  • Drive performance: manage labor, inventory, and costs with sharp financial insight
  • Elevate the experience: create unforgettable guest moments, night after night
  • Collaborate with purpose: work with marketing and culinary teams on promos and events
  • Stay hands-on: maintain a strong floor presence, engaging with guests and supporting staff, every shift

What You Bring to the Table
  • 5+ years of leadership in upscale casual or fine dining
  • A proven ability to build strong, service-obsessed teams

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and costs
  • Fluent in restaurant tech (Toast, Push Operations, OpenTable, TripleSeat)
  • Stellar communication and leadership skills: calm, clear, and quick on your feet
