What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of leadership in upscale casual or fine dining
- A proven ability to build strong, service-obsessed teams
- A e whatever it takes mindset: you solve problems before they reach your table
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and costs
- Fluent in restaurant tech (Toast, Push Operations, OpenTable, TripleSeat)
- Stellar communication and leadership skills: calm, clear, and quick on your feet
- A true hospitality heart: you love making people feel welcome, seen, and taken care of
