We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our guests. This role requires a hands-on approach to both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly.

Duties
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and training.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
  • Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly.
  • Conduct interviews and hire staff as needed to maintain an effective team.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees in areas such as serving, food preparation, and hospitality.
