We are looking for an experienced Manager Pension & Savings Programs to support the Senior Manager, Pension & Savings Programs as an individual contributor. You will have accountability for the overall program management, strategy, financials, governance and communication of the Company’s Pension and Savings Programs.

What you'll be doing
  • Review, analyze and monitor pension and other savings programs to ensure that programs are current, competitive, in compliance with regulatory requirements and aligned with the business strategy
  • Monitor and analyze program financials and metrics
  • Work with plan administrators to develop content and communication and implement initiatives to improve member experience and plan governance
  • Manage/support projects and lead cross-functional teams, as assigned
  • Assist with quarterly program reporting, identify trends and develop /recommend action plan
  • Partner with internal stakeholders; manage and build relationships with vendors and external stakeholders
  • Deliver on annual Pension Audit and annual filings
  • Support company acquisition and divestiture activities, including costing, gap & impact analysis, transition activities, etc.
  • Conduct and participate in market surveys
  • Adhere to internal and external controls/audit guidelines
What you'll bring
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the pension & savings industry
  • University degree or College Diploma (Business/Human Resources preferred)
  • Strong understanding of pension legislation/regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing the activities of multiple priorities, while adhering to sensitive timelines
  • Ability to build trust as well as work independently
  • Strong problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
  • Enhanced proficiency with MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Research and analytical skills demonstrating comfort working with numbers
  • CEBS/RPA designation and Bilingualism (French) is an asset
