At Didion, we’re looking for a Grain Processing and Ethanol Loadout Manager to lead critical operations in raw corn processing and ethanol loadout—ensuring quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the board.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll:

  • Lead and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, training, and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee grain receiving, storage, and ethanol loadout operations to meet production and customer needs.
  • Champion safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support production flexibility and readiness.
  • Manage inventory control programs and ensure compliance with USDA and FDA standards.
  • Drive cost‑effective operations while maintaining exceptional customer service.
  • Lead capital projects and reliability programs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize continuous improvement in both people and processes.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Business, Agronomy, Grain Science, or related field preferred (or 5+ years of relevant experience).
  • 5+ years of grain operations experience and 3+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of commodity markets, grain handling, and manufacturing technologies.
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn operational systems.
  • Proven communication, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Physical & Environmental Requirements

This role requires the ability to work in varying conditions (noise, dust, heat, cold), lift up to 50 lbs, and safely navigate heights and confined spaces.
