An Indigenous Child & Family Service Agency in Canada is seeking a Manager of Child & Family Services. The successful candidate will provide leadership to a team of social workers, focusing on Guardianship services and compliance with various policies. Nezul Be Hunuyeh Child & Family Services is an Indigenous Child & Family Service Agency serving the communities of Nak’azdli Whut’en, Binche Whut’en, and Tl’azt’en Nation. Under the supervision of the Director of Child & Family Services, the Manager of Child & Family Services PG will provide leadership and oversight to a multidisciplinary team of delegated social workers, with a focus on Guardianship services, and other support personnel. The successful candidate will contribute to the strategic evolution of service levels, including preparation for C6 delegated authority and potential jurisdictional responsibilities under Bill C-92. Wage Grid: $47.71 – $56.77
