Five (5) years? experience in the related field is also required. Previous management experience is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, critical thinking, effective problem solving, decision making, and communication skills.Alternate combinations of qualifications may be considered. **A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required for this opportunity.In the event no suitable candidate is found with the above noted qualifications, consideration may be given to applicants who do not currently possess a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree, provided they are willing to complete same within five years of appointment to the position. In this case, the successful applicant must be prepared to demonstrate proof of registration/enrollment to an appropriate degree program within the first year of appointment to the position. Furthermore, the successful applicant is required to provide annual updates based on the progress of each semester of the program.
