Job Description

The Enterprise Chief Controls Office (ECCO) is a centralized first line of defense group focused on embedding a culture of risk ownership and operational excellence. The Practice Management team coordinates consistency across 1LOD risk identification, controls, issue management, and non‑financial risk practices. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Risk Enablement and Delivery, the Manager, Content Enablement & Delivery turns ideas and outlines into high‑quality executive‑ready slides, training materials and enablement artifacts.

Responsibilities
  1. Plan, Design & Deliver Executive Presentations, Training Materials & Enablement Artifacts (65%)
    • Translate raw content, data, and direction into clear, visually engaging executive‑ready presentations for VP and senior audiences, both planned and ad‑hoc.
    • Design and develop training resources—including workshops, e‑learning, self‑serve materials—and enablement tools that support the adoption of risk management practices across the bank.
  2. Creative Collaboration & Continuous Improvement (20%)
    • Leverage PowerPoint and Think‑Cell to create uniform, on‑brand materials.
    • Consistently improve the design process by incorporating iterative feedback and executive input.
  3. Curate a Library of Templates (15%)
    • Curate and manage a library of templates and design assets to support team efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in executive presentation design, strategic communications, or storytelling in PowerPoint or similar.
  • A portfolio of work showing proven success and a strong ability to create visually engaging, effective presentations for senior leader audiences and training/enablement resources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong experience working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Self‑starter comfortable working in a fast‑paced, feedback‑heavy environment.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity to create meaningful decks, training materials, and enablement artifacts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
