A leading financial institution located in Canada is seeking a Manager for the Financial Crimes Oversight Testing role. This full-time position involves conducting oversight testing of AML controls and reporting findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of international AML laws, and experience with RBC's business segments. The Manager, Financial Crimes Oversight Testing role will conduct financial crimes oversight testing on business unit's AML controls. This requires proactive participation with oversight scoping, fieldwork, and reporting. The role will present findings to relevant stakeholders and escalate issues to senior management, when necessary.
This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.
