A leading higher education institution in Niagara Falls seeks a Domestic Student Recruitment Manager. This role involves leading a recruitment team, advising students, and enhancing partnerships. Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada (Onsite)
Work arrangement: Onsite, 5 days per week
Reports To: Director, Domestic Recruitment
Reason for vacancy: New Position
Expected hiring salary range: $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Offered salary will be determined through an internal review process.
The Domestic Student Recruitment Manager plays a key leadership role in advancing UNF’s domestic enrollment goals by building awareness, driving inquiries, and converting applications to enrolments across Canada. This position leads a small, high-impact recruitment team, oversees on- and off-campus events, and cultivates strong relationships with key influencers—including school counsellors, HR professionals, community organizations, parents, and students.
Reporting to the Director, Domestic Recruitment, the Manager ensures professional execution of recruitment activities, ethical and student-centred advising, and data-informed strategies that strengthen UNF’s presence and competitiveness in the domestic market.
