A leading financial services provider in Toronto is seeking a Manager for its Corporate Strategy team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting, preferably in financial services. Responsibilities include supporting strategic planning, conducting market research, and preparing materials for executives. This role offers a salary range of $86,250 to $155,250 CAD and includes hybrid work options.
The Corporate Strategy team at Manulife partners with the Board, CEO, and senior leadership to define and advance the company’s long‑term vision and strategic ambitions. We operate across segments, business units, functions, and geographies to shape enterprise priorities and enable sustainable growth.
Our mandate spans strategy development, strategic planning, portfolio optimization, and cross‑functional alignment. We lead high‑impact initiatives that inform executive decision‑making and position Manulife to win in an evolving global landscape.
Your Role:
As a Manager, you will support the development and execution of Manulife’s corporate and business strategies. You will collaborate across segment and functional teams to analyze business challenges, identify opportunities, and help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. You will also play a key role in coordinating the annual strategic planning process and preparing materials for executive discussions. This role will report to the team’s AVPs or Directors.

Salary range is expected to be between $86,250.00 CAD - $155,250.00 CAD
