A leading cannabis company, operating in Ottawa, is seeking a Manager of Compensation who will oversee the administration of compensation programs. This full-time, remote-first position requires 5–7 years of progressive experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. The successful candidate will manage equity plans, support public company compensation disclosures, and partner effectively across functions. Competitive salary range is between $100,000 and $115,000 CAD, along with attractive benefits including health coverage and paid vacation.

The Manager, Compensation is responsible for supporting the design, administration, and governance of broad‑based, variable compensation, and equity programs across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, this role plays a critical part in ensuring compensation programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business and talent strategies. The role will lead key operational processes including job architecture, market pricing, annual compensation cycles, equity plan administration, and supporting the public‑company compensation disclosures.
This is a full‑time, remote‑first position based out of Toronto, Smiths Falls, or Ottawa.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 CAD
