$91,200 – $136,800 CAD

About the Role

The Client and Colleague Enablement team in TD Wealth National Office provides support across TD Wealth functions, including Direct Investing, Private Wealth Management, Financial Planning and TD Asset Management. Roles focus on productivity, client experience programs, change management, communications, colleague experience, and real‑estate strategy, enabling and operating to drive Wealth strategic priorities.

Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the development and execution of communications strategies from needs assessment to distribution.
  • Provide guidance to the Wealth executive team and subject‑matter experts.
  • Create executive‑level content and messaging that aligns with strategic initiatives.
  • Champion communications best practices and advocate for an exceptional colleague and client experience.
  • Manage relationships with enterprise partners to coordinate communication activities.
  • Monitor and analyze communications effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Develop and execute business communications strategies, leading all tactics and deliverables.
  • Lead strategic communications for project teams, owning planning and execution, and advising partners of status.
  • Create high‑impact communications across multiple media (written, intranet, video, virtual, face‑to‑face) with consistent messaging.
Job Requirements
  • Post‑secondary/university degree in a business‑related discipline and a minimum of seven years of related communications experience, preferably in the wealth industry.
  • Ability to produce professional messages tailored to audience needs and support business success.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofing and presentation skills; ability to summarize details quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to convey tone, voice and style that reinforces the Wealth brand.
  • Self‑starter capable of managing complex initiatives, multiple timelines, stakeholders and relationships.
  • Confidence in delivering results within challenging timelines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing and ambiguous initiatives or requirements.
  • Solid knowledge of SharePoint and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
Experience
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bilingualism in French and English an asset.
