A leading North American bank is seeking a Manager in CM Performance Management to provide financial analysis and strategy support. The successful candidate will produce budget reports, support budgeting processes, and analyze financial data. Applicants should possess an undergraduate degree in finance or related fields and at least 2 years of experience in financial analysis within capital markets. What is the opportunity?
The Manager, CM Performance Management will assist in advising key members of the COO and Strategy & Innovation leadership team; responsible for financial advisory, while building strong connectivity with the COO Functions and Strategy & Innovation business.
This role will support continuous monitoring of key metrics by delivering exceptional financial analysis and play a pivotal role in building CM Finance’s capabilities to support CM’s strategic priorities around productivity and efficiency; and enabling strategic business decisions through financial analysis including investment / initiatives prioritization, staffing and asset planning.
This role will appeal to individuals who want to work in a fast-paced area that has significant visibility and a high profile across RBC (especially within Capital Markets).
