Responsibilities
  • The Manager, Client Experience plays a key leadership role in delivering high-quality insurance brokerage services. As a trusted point of contact for clients and markets, you’ll manage relationships, lead placements, and ensure service excellence—while helping mentor and develop junior team members.
  • You’ll oversee submissions, quotes, policy documents, renewals, billing, and collections. With minimal supervision, you’ll negotiate terms, present proposals, and manage accounts with higher complexity, exposure, or customization. You’ll also monitor deadlines, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the growth of our client service team.
Qualifications
  • This role is ideal for a licensed broker with strong communication skills, market insight, and a passion for building trust. You must hold a valid RIBO license and bring at least 3 years of commercial broking experience.
