Responsibilities

  • Drive recovery of major incidents and manage stakeholder communications.
  • Collaborate with support teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
  • Conduct post-incident reviews and develop improvement opportunities.

Skills

Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills.
5+ years of Major Incident management experience.
Experience in incident bridges across multiple geographies.
10+ years of progressive IT experience.
3+ years of experience dealing with senior executives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinking and sound judgment.
Ability to set priorities and manage multiple threads.
Post-secondary education in Computer Science or equivalent.
ITIL Foundations certification.

Education

Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Sciences, or equivalent.
