An Indigenous-led housing organization in Saskatoon is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure high-quality service in residential facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management and a strong ability to lead a team. A reliable vehicle is necessary for this role, which focuses on providing safe and affordable homes for Indigenous families.
Salary Range: $69,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
Cress Housing Corporation is an Indigenous-led, affordable housing provider supporting over 400 owned and managed residential units across Saskatoon. With a portfolio consisting of both subsidized and non-subsidized housing, Cress is committed to offering safe, comfortable, and affordable homes for low- to moderate-income Indigenous individuals and families.
The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key leadership role within the Property Management team. This position is responsible for planning, scheduling, and supervising the day-to-day work of the in-house maintenance team (9 staff) and external contractors, ensuring all repairs, renovations, and service requests are completed to a high standard and in alignment with Cress Housing’s policies, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
This role combines field supervision with administrative duties and is based at the Cress Housing workshop in Saskatoon. A reliable vehicle is required for daily use; mileage is reimbursed monthly through an app installed on a work-issued cellphone.
