The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC) is hiring a Maintenance Planning Scheduling & Analytics Superintendent on a permanent basis in Regina SK.

Are you an experienced leader in refinery maintenance planning? Join our Co-op Refinery Complex to lead critical strategies that ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective maintenance and turnaround execution. This is your opportunity to drive excellence, optimize processes, and make a lasting impact on reliability and performance.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead cross‑departmental initiatives to improve maintenance and reliability by aligning turnaround planning, scheduling, and analytics with CRC’s Maintenance Excellence strategy.
  • Oversee development of detailed turnaround work plans and maintenance plans, including resource requirements, backlog management, and updates during execution.
  • Manage creation of executable schedules for maintenance and turnaround activities ensuring proper sequencing, resource optimization, and real‑time visibility during execution.
  • Ensure accuracy of master data and equipment records to support analytics reporting and decision‑making while driving improvements through strong data integrity and system enhancements.
  • Develop and manage both the Maintenance and Turnaround budgets, partnering with Finance to track actuals, create forecasts, and explain variances. Implement technology upgrades, software tools, and best practices to continuously improve turnaround planning, scheduling, and maintenance processes year over year.
  • Provide leadership to the team, fostering engagement, safety, and continuous improvement while managing all aspects of performance training and development.
Who you’ll work with:
  • The Team: You will oversee a team of planners, schedulers, and analysts with 3 Leads as direct reports.

Who you are:
  • Have 10 years of supervisory experience in refinery maintenance or turnaround planning and scheduling. Preference for experience managing large industrial projects.
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. A/M.P.P. designation would be an asset (a combination of relevant education and experience will be considered).
  • Have strong knowledge of turnaround planning, scheduling methodologies, and maintenance best practices within a refinery or large industrial environment.
  • Are proficient in planning and scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and Viziya, with experience leveraging data analytics to optimize maintenance performance.
