Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Machine Setter in a food production or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Solid mechanical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
  • Familiarity with health and safety practices within a food manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain the quality of production outputs.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with others.
  • Flexibility to work the specified shifts and adapt to production requirements as needed.

We are currently looking for a Machine Setter to join our chilled food production team, specifically for shifts on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. This role is vital in maintaining the operational integrity of our chilled production lines, ensuring that we continue to meet our high standards for quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Job Details
  • Hours of Work: Friday & Monday - 06:30 to 15:00 / Saturday & Sunday - 06:30 to 19:00
  • Rate of Pay: £12.67 - £13.73 (after approx. 12 weeks training)
  • Enhanced overtime rate
