A multi-channel marketing provider is seeking a Machine Operator responsible for equipment maintenance and operation. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, 2 years of experience, and a High School Diploma. This position operates in a noisy manufacturing environment and requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401k matching.
Title: Machine Operator
Classification: Non-exempt (hourly)
Reports to: Production Manager
Valtim Marketing Solutions Machine Operator will be responsible for maintenance and operation of their individual piece of equipment to meet demands and expectations of our clients. All Operators are cross trained to operate multiple pieces of equipment.
Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 3PM to 11:30PM, with overtime and weekend hours as needed. Production hours vary by department. Training hours will vary.
Highest Level Managed: None
Organization Relationships: This position interacts and communicates directly and regularly with Production Manager, VP of Operations, Client Services team, Warehouse team, and other operators.
This job operates in a manufacturing environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand; walk; sit; climb; balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; crawl; and reach. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand on your feet for an entire shift; lift a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the scheduled shift.
