Bring your 1-2 years of machine operator experience to this Machine Operator role at a rapidly growing electrical assembly company. This company specializes in components used for aerospace and military products.

This company invests in your success! You'll be part of a team ensuring quality components are produced for their customers. This is a temp-to-hire role, offering you the opportunity to grow your career.

In this role, you’ll prep parts to receive a protective coating and package them for shipping. You will also perform final quality checks before the product is sent to customers. Your attention to detail and experience with quality processes will directly impact the company's success.

Machine Operator Duties:

• Monitor and operate a coating machine
• Hand solder small parts
• Assemble components to customer specifications
• Prepare items for shipment to customers
• Identify and report any defects

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Pay: $17-$23 per hour, depending on experience

Machine Operator Requirements:

• Comfortable reading written instructions
• 1-2 years of quality experience or assembly
• Soldering experience
• Comfortable using a microscope
