Qualifications

• 6 months previous food and beverage experience required, preferably in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Must have Pro-Serve Certification.
• Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time.
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+ lbs and stand/walk constantly throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food efficiently from kitchen to dining room.
• Assist Food & Beverage Servers with guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and preparation in the dining area.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items and respond to guest inquiries.
