The Mexico Brand Marketing Manager reports to Sr. Manager, Mexico Brand Marketing. Is responsible to develop and execute marketing initiatives that deliver into regional business objectives. At the center of the marketing organisation, the Mexico Brand Marketing Manager leads cross functional workstreams to deliver seamless guest experiences across all touch points. Elevates all initiatives with sound business strategies that invites strong partnership and co‑creations between key channels, product and creative. They develop new systems and support and ad‑hoc needs that improve marketing processes and initiatives.

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
