Position: Live Out, Nanny, Part Time, Temporary

Location: Long Island, New York

A Dad in Garden City, Long Island, needs to hire a part-time Nanny to help care for his three school-aged children. Responsibilities include: after-school pick up, preparing meals for the children, organizing playdates, attending classes, creating fun and developmentally savvy games and activities, children’s laundry, and homework help. Applicants should be engaging and take initiative. A driver is required. Someone who is creative and can teach the children art, dance, music, etc. is preferred. Must be mature-minded and work well with a hands-on dad. The position will start off temporarily, working 6-9 months, but could turn into a permanent role. The nanny will be trained by the family’s current nanny. The typical schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm, and Fridays, 12:30 pm – 7:30 pm. Salary range: is $35 – $45/hour. Immediate start.
