Responsibilities

• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and / or provide companionship and personal care
• Execute on the client\u2019s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
• Help clients with their ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) that are within the scope of practice for a non registered health care provider
• Meets safety standards, using equipment safely and accurately
• Assist clients with transfers, ambulation and exercises
• Function within the limits of your own experience and knowledge, while practicing safely and competently within the job description
• Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly

• Live-In Full Time
• Providing Live-In Care, including Overnight Care

Caregiver Requirements

• 2 professional references
