Overview

Working for Popeyes will provide you with the opportunity to learn all about quick service restaurants and grow within our company. Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is looking for Kitchen Prep for its New Locations.

Responsibilities
  • Follow all procedures and product recipe
  • Inspect raw and finish products for quality
  • Prepare side items
  • Be a team player
  • Season chicken batches and inspect the product
  • Communicates with managers and other team members
  • Strong attention to food safety and must be detailed oriented
  • Must keep all stations clean, do dishes, throw garbage, keep the floors cleaned
Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lift 25 to 40 lbs. You should be able to work on your feet for a minimum of 7 hours. Candidates must have flexible schedule availability.

Soft skills required: Passion for food and service, professional, positive attitude, good work ethics, time management, ability to take initiative and multi-task. Previous Management, customer service and food experience is an asset.
