Qualifications

  • Proven leadership or supervisory skills.
  • Prior lift operations or guide experience is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license; Class 4 Alberta license is an asset.
  • Strong customer service, organizational and computer skills.
  • Secondary language skills are an asset.
  • Consent to a criminal record check is required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe and healthy workplace by enforcing safety procedures.
  • Train new lift operators to deliver a professional experience.
  • Plan and coordinate to meet operational needs.
  • Cover front-line lift operations and provide support as needed.
  • Handle customer service issues quickly and professionally.
  • Act as on-duty manager, performing safety checks.
  • Maintain daily operating and cleaning logs.
  • Serve as a First-Aid responder.

Pursuit Collection Jasper, AB – $21 an hour – Full‑time Seasonal role (Spring/Summer 2026).

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and contribute to a safe & healthy workplace by enforcing all safety procedures.
  • Help display, support, and train new lift operators to deliver an interactive, professional experience.
  • Plan, coordinate, and work as part of the team to ensure all operational needs are communicated and met each day.
  • Cover front‑line lift operations, adapt to changing needs, and provide support and coverage as required.
  • Report and collaborate with Lift Operations management; create and maintain a positive atmosphere.
  • Serve as the escalation point for customer service issues, handling concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Act as on‑duty manager, including opening/closing the property, performing safety checks and test flights.
  • Train new staff members and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Maintain daily operating and cleaning logs and assist with routine maintenance tasks.
  • Adapt to high‑pressure situations—operational issues, weather delays—and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a First‑Aid responder and assist with general property cleanliness.
  • Provide transportation driving as needed.
