What You'll Do:

• Review policies, appraisals, and reports to assess claim value and negotiate settlements
• Manage an active pending of Lifestyle Auto claims
• Advise customers on Specialty products and provide outstanding service
• Operate within authority levels, making independent decisions
• Maintain detailed claim records
• Participate in projects and process improvements
• Collaborate with regional claims teams

What You'll Bring:

• 1-2 years claims adjusting experience in property and/or auto
• Passion for Lifestyle claims

Assets:

• Completion or ongoing pursuit of Insurance Institute Program (CIP / FCIP)
• Post-secondary diploma or degree
• Experience with specialty claims such as travel trailers, watercraft, seasonal dwellings
