AgeCare offers a relocation bonus of up to $10,000 to support licensed professional nurses relocating to rural and select urban communities in British Columbia. Conditions may apply; please contact us for details.

The Opportunity

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) acts as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families as well as contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well‑being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.

What You Bring
  • At least 1 years’ experience in working with seniors.

  • Demonstrated excellence in dementia care and interpersonal skills.

  • Completion of an accredited License Practical Nurse education program.

  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider.
