A compassionate senior care provider is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to act as the key communication contact between management, residents, and their families while contributing to patient care and safety. Responsibilities include working within your full scope and being part of an interdisciplinary team. Candidates should have at least 1 year experience and demonstrate excellence in dementia care. The Licensed Practical Nurse [LPN] acts as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families as well as contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.
