A regional healthcare provider in British Columbia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care while adhering to nursing standards. The ideal candidate will be registered with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, possess the required certifications, and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. This role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

Under the direction of the Manager or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team, the Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope performs assessments, plans and provides personal care, and performs nursing procedures. The Licensed Practical Nurse, Full Scope operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the LPN Full Scope conducts assessments, plans and provides personal care, and performs nursing procedures in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice as set by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and agency policies and unit protocols.
Education, Training And Experience
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
