Lacombe Continuing Care Facility is a 73-bed unit, including some Medically Complex Care beds, providing personal care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role involves implementing established care plans, offering emotional support, and ensuring the dignity of residents at all times. Please note: Resumes are not kept on file. Description:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be part of an interprofessional healthcare team, utilizing nursing processes, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Your practice will be guided by your education, experience, demonstrated skills, and AHS policies and procedures. You will play a key role in delivering safe, quality, patient- and family-centered care, reflecting the shared vision and values of AHS.

Qualifications:

- Previous Long Term Care experience preferred.
