A leading insurance provider is seeking a Licensed Broker for Personal Lines in Ontario. This role offers a flexible remote-work environment and excellent compensation potential, including 80% commission on new business. Ideal candidates will possess an active RIBO License and experience in personal lines insurance. Develop & Expand Business – Identify and close new personal insurance opportunities nationwide.
Build Key Relationships – Become the trusted advisor for individuals and families seeking tailored coverage.
Deliver Expert Coverage Solutions – Provide home, auto, tenants, condo, and specialty coverage packages.
Retain and Grow Accounts – Proactively manage renewals, cross-sell, and upsell existing clients.
Leverage HubSpot CRM & Vertafore SIG – Manage pipelines, track submissions, and streamline client servicing.
Collaborate with Underwriters – Negotiate competitive terms and coverage options.
Drive Revenue Growth – Consistently exceed sales and retention targets.
Active RIBO License (in good standing) – Required
3+ Years Personal Lines Insurance Experience – Home, auto, and specialty lines expertise preferred
Proven success in growing and retaining a personal lines book of business
Strong relationship management, customer service, and presentation skills
CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred); Vertafore SIG experience is a plus
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of thriving in a remote environment
