LEGAL TALENT MANAGER - BC REGION
VANCOUVER OFFICE
Working closely with the Legal Talent Senior Director, Advisor, and Coordinator, this position plays a key role in managing the summer and articling student program, and will be responsible for the performance management and professional development of paralegals, as well as supporting associate programs. As part of the Firm’s People team, this role will collaborate regionally and nationally with the HR, Learning & Development, and Equity Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) teams as well as the Chief People Officer, Chief EDI Officer and Total Rewards Director. Compensation
The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
