About the job

We are delighted to be partnering with an exciting new global law firm entering the Dublin market. With an established international footprint and a reputation for excellence across multiple jurisdictions, this firm is building its presence in Ireland and is looking for talented Legal PAs to join its team.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a new office from the ground up while benefiting from the resources, training and career progression of a major international law firm.

Role Responsibilities

As a Legal PA, you will play a pivotal role in supporting partners and fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of busy practices. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level PA and administrative support to designated stakeholders.
  • Managing diaries, mailboxes, international travel, and meeting arrangements.
  • Acting as a liaison for clients and colleagues, handling correspondence and queries.
  • Supporting billing, finance and compliance processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Preparing and formatting documents, pitches, presentations and event materials.
  • Coordinating workflows and delegating effectively across dedicated support teams.
  • Driving process improvements and embracing technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Supporting junior colleagues and contributing to the team’s culture of development and feedback.
  • Getting involved in wider firm initiatives, including pro bono, community and D&I projects.
Key Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, proactive PA with strong organisational skills and a client-focused approach. You should bring:

  • Previous Legal PA or professional services PA experience (international law firm experience advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Copilot).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task ownership.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Professionalism, discretion, and an eye for detail.
