The ideal candidate will work closely with a team of lawyers, managing schedules, billing, and client interactions. A minimum of 3 years of law firm experience and proficiency in both MS Office and writing are required. We are looking for an experienced legal assistant to support our busy practice. The ideal candidate shares the firm’s vision and has the ability to produce high volumes of quality work under tight deadlines. You are client-focused with exceptional technical skills (MS Office environment) and a team-oriented mindset. You must be detailed and results oriented, a multi-tasker, and have superior proofreading and organizational skills.
You will be responsible for supporting a minimum of 3 lawyers providing timely lawyer and client interaction, scheduling, billing, document preparation and review and other tasks as assigned.
We are looking to fill this position now. This is a hybrid position with an expectation of a minimum of 2 days a week in our office.
You possess the ability to work independently and with little supervision while at the same time appreciating the importance of our team approach to delivering high quality legal services. Ideally you have the following:
